Oxford University
As part of the Oxford University infrastructure enhancement project, we executed key groundwork
services to improve the campus’s transport and pedestrian facilities. Our efforts were aimed at creating a
balance between modern infrastructure and the university’s historic aesthetic.
Our scope of work included:
• Footpaths: Construction of robust, well-designed footpaths to ensure safe and seamless
pedestrian access throughout the campus.
• Roadworks: High-quality resurfacing and construction of internal roads to improve vehicle flow
while preserving the traditional character of the surroundings.
• Bike Sheds: Installation of secure, weather-resistant bike sheds to support sustainable
transportation options for students and staff, promoting the university’s eco-friendly initiatives.
• Bollard Installation: Strategically placed bollards to control traffic and ensure pedestrian safety,
integrating seamlessly into the landscape design.
• Decorative Stones: Placement of carefully chosen decorative stones to enhance the visual
appeal of key outdoor spaces, complementing the natural beauty of the campus.
Additionally, we implemented modern drainage solutions and enhanced lighting, contributing to the university’s sustainability goals and ensuring a well-lit, functional environment. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-quality, functional solutions while respecting the heritage and unique needs of one of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions.
